I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The Venetian-style room I stayed in had a fantastic view exactly like in the pictures. The single bed was comfortable, making my stay very cozy. The location was superb, close to the railway station and in the heart of Venice, with easy access to all the amazing tourist attractions and eateries. The dining experience with terrific croissants and wine was a delightful addition to my stay. The facilities were excellent, making my trip very convenient. However, the medical facilities service was lacking, and the French toasts at the dining were a bit disappointing.
